The first line support includes end users support and consulting:

  • Algorithms of IBM Cognos model

  • Error calculation

The second line support includes technical support of internal first line support team:

  • Changing users roles
  • Errors elimination in operation of the system
  • Additional system settings (or changing existing settings)
  • Interface configuration
  • Testing 
  • Writing technical specifications
  • Development of new applications and reports
